BIOGRAPHY

D.I.B. Records, LLC was founded by Carlos Young and Damon Young. This hardworking and enterprising duo also own and operate the production company, Hit-O-Holic Productionz LLC. Carlos is a brilliant producer who enjoys writing, recording, mixing and mastering music. As CEO of D I B Records, Carlos is responsible for overseeing the company's financial and equipment technology operations. He has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, having placed acts on stage with national recording artists such as Ludacris, Jada Kiss, Styles P. and Slave to name a few. Carlos has also developed a repertoire with well-known local and regional radio stations recently adding satellite radio to the list. Damon Young, President, facilitates business operations and artists development for D I B Records. Our organization has a strong network with public relation firms that offer a wide range of media sources for maximum artist exposure. The focus of the organization is to provide unsigned artist with opportunities to connect with major recording labels and or establish distribution through D I B Records.
